Included some pics of a 1975 Sno-Jet Thunderjet 440 I had when I was 15. I traded a running 1973 Rupp 340 Nitro for this Thunderjet that was not running. I had to do a top end job to get it running. This sled was set up for drag racing and it screamed. It was a 433 Yamaha free air motor. It was low to the ground had a small seat, a tiny gas tank, and no windshield. It had a lift off hood with hood pins. It was painted black with some 70’s custom pinstriping. I ended up selling this sled since I found it impractical to trail ride and I needed money to get a trail sled that I would use more. Looking back I probably should have kept this one around longer but you know what they say “life happens” and I would have had to find a place to store it when I went away for college. You can’t keep them all and I had a blast on the sled I bought from selling this one.
